1 Corinthians 14:26,29-31,36 KJV

[26] How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.

[29] Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.

[30] If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.

[31] For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

[36] What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?

There is to be some participation by all Christians when they assemble for corporate worship (though not necessarily by everyone at every assembly).

All Christians have learned some things, and could share those things with the church for everyone’s benefit. Even immature Christians learn things from the Bible that others do not know, and they should somehow share these things. Years ago, I was leading a Bible study, teaching about praise. One of the people in the study said another form of praise is imitation. I had not thought of that when preparing the study. The person with this insight was about eight years old.

Verse 36 is against the almost universal practice of the same person preaching all the time. And learning from just one person.
