Isaiah 1:17-19 KJV

[17] Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

[18] Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: …

[19] If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

 

Daily decisions must be derived from pre-determined, coldly-reasoned, biblical commands and priorities.

vs.

Just reacting as most of the world does, not knowing why it does what it does.

 

Notice the sort of decisions God requires people to make, revealed in this passage. If they reason, they will realize that making and carrying out godly decisions will result in “eating the good of the land.”
