God offers extreme benefits, pleasures. Most people will never experience them. They will only know the commonplace ones. They never even imagine there are other, far better pleasures.

2 Peter 1:4 KJV

[4] Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV

[9] But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Ephesians 2:7 KJV

[7] That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

What are these amazing benefits and pleasures? Most people will never find out, will never experience them. They miss out on all the wonderful things God desires to give them. Why? Because they refuse to get saved, going on to live in complete submission to the Lord. However, those who do get some of these wonderful blessings tremble with the fear of ever losing them.

Matthew 22:11-13 KJV

[11] And when the king came in to see

the guests, he saw there a man which

had not on a wedding garment:

[12] And he saith unto him, Friend, how

camest thou in hither not having a

wedding garment? And he was

speechless.

[13] Then said the king to the servants,

Bind him hand and foot, and take him

away, and cast him into outer darkness;

there shall be weeping and gnashing of

teeth.

What did the man without a wedding

garment lose out on? It does not say,

but whatever it was, it caused him to

weep and gnash his teeth.
