People who benefit from Bible teaching must give money to those who teach them.

1 Corinthians 14:26 KJV

[26] How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.

Many are to teach. With many teaching and many learning there would be much giving of money by many to many. This would be a form of Christian fellowship, and would increase the closeness and unity of the members of the church.
