Psalm 1:1A KJV

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,

Normally, worship involves doing something. But here is worship that is avoiding doing something. This worship is not walking in the council of the ungodly.

Walking is your lifestyle, what you usually do. What you often do without even thinking about it, your habitual actions.

This does not say you never take the advice of ungodly people—those who live as though God does not exist or does not matter. You may take their counsel, from time to time. For example, a restaurant recommendation. However, you must recognize that, for the most part, they live their lives and tell you what to do, without taking God into account. So you must carefully consider their suggestions, and compare them to the Bible.

Even good advice, that is not in any way against God‘s commandments, could end up crowding out God‘s priorities.

And you are constantly bombarded by ungodly people's advice. So you must always be resisting the pressure to conform.
