People experience intense suffering, and often ask this question. Yet, depending on the person, they express completely different hearts.

Romans 5:3-4 KJV

[3] And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

[4] And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

The one who believes these verses is in wonder that God would choose them to work in them such glorious attributes. That He would take notice to cause them so many benefits.

A different person asks the same questions, but means, "Why me, God? I do not deserve this suffering."
